- 摘要:为降低石油炼制过程中的综合能耗,某公司炼油厂以分子炼油为导向,对60×104 t/a汽油改质装置凝缩油、150×104 t/a蜡油加氢装置反冲洗污油、600×104 t/a常减压装置减1线油、C4异构化单元产品异构 C4、重整装置含硫液化气的加工流程进行分子指纹识别、加工流程优化调整,2022年,该公司的炼油综合能耗同比降低了2.45 kg·标油/t,取得了较好的成果。Abstract: In order to further reduce the comprehensive energy consumption in the petroleum refining process, a refinery of apetrochemical company studied short process technology based on molecular refining. Through conducting molecular fingerprintidentification, optimization and adjustment on the processing flow of condensed oil of 60 × 104 t / a gasoline modification unit,backwash dirty oil of 150×104 t/a wax oil hydrogenation unit, line 1 oil reduction of 600×104 t/a atmospheric and decompression unit,C4 isomerization unit product isomerization C4, sulfur bearing liquefied gas of reforming unit. In 2022, the comprehensive energyconsumption of the petrochemical company's refining was reduced by 2.45 kg standard oil /t comparing with the same period lastyear and achieved better results.
