- 摘要:通过对比目前延迟焦化装置的原料和乙烯裂解焦油的密度、胶质和沥青质含量等性质,分析了延迟焦化装置加工乙烯裂解焦油的可行性,并通过理论分析和非等温热反应热重分析法,指出了乙烯裂解焦油在加工过程中可能存在的问题并提出相应的解决措施。同时,通过经济性分析,预测了延迟焦化装置加工乙烯焦油的前景。Abstract: By comparing the characteristics of density, gelatine and asphaltene content of the raw material and ethylene cracking tarin the current delayed coking unit, this paper analyzed the feasibility of processing ethylene cracking tar in the delayed coking unit,pointed out the problems that may exist in the processing of ethylene cracking tarthrough theoretical analysis and non-isothermalreaction thermogrgrication analysis, put forwardthe corresponding solutions, and forecastedthe prospect of ethylene tar processing indelayed coking unit by economic analysis.
