- 摘要:随着经济快速发展,众多如火力发电、化工、水泥、制药、粮食加工等行业的产能不断增加,原材料和粉粒料在生产输送过程中需要考虑节能、环保、输送能力等问题,气力输送系统随之得到推广。气力输送系统具有布置灵活、无泄漏输送、自动化程度高等优点。在化工行业中,气力输送系统主要输送粉粒料,根据输送距离以及输送能力的不同可选择不同的输送方式。文中结合近年来在化工行业聚烯烃装置中气力输送的研究成果,探讨气力输送系统的优缺点、输送形式的选择、发展现状及趋势,对有效选择气力输送形式具有指导作用Abstract: With the rapid economic development and the continuous increase of production capacity of many industries such asthermal power generation, chemical industry, cement, pharmaceutical, grain processing, the pneumatic conveying system has beenpromoted in consideration of the energy saving, environmental protection and transportation capacity of raw materials and powdersin the production and transportation process. Pneumatic conveying system has the advantages of flexible arrangement, no leakageconveying and high degree automation. In the chemical industry, the pneumatic conveying system mainly conveys powder particles,and different conveying methods can be selected according to the different conveying distance and conveying capacity. Based on theresearch results of pneumatic conveying in polyolefin units in chemical industry in recent years, the paper discussed the advantagesand disadvantages of pneumatic conveying system, the choice of conveying mode, the development status and trend, which can guidethe effective selection of pneumatic conveying mode.
