- 摘要:采用透射中红外(MIR)光谱(包括:一维透射MIR光谱、2阶导数透射MIR光谱、4阶导数 透射MIR光谱及去卷积透射MIR光谱)分别开展了聚乙烯支链结构研究。试验发现,聚乙烯支 链 结 构 的 红 外 吸 收 模 式 主 要 包 括 :νasCH3-聚乙烯支链结构 、δasCH3-聚乙烯支链结构 、δsCH3-聚乙烯支链结构 、νRCH=CH2-1-聚乙烯支链结构 、νRCH=CHR'-聚乙烯支链结构 、νRCH=CH2-2-聚乙烯支链结构 、νRR’C=CH2-聚乙烯支链结构 、νC2H5-聚乙烯支链结构 和νC4H9-聚乙烯支链结构。聚乙烯支链结构的去卷积透射 MIR 光谱的谱图分辨能力要优于相应的一维透射 MIR光谱、2阶导数透射 MIR光谱及 4阶导数透射 MIR光谱。此项研究深度阐述了透射MIR光谱在重要的石油化工产品(聚乙烯)支链结构分析中的应用。Abstract: The branched chain structure of polyethylene had been studied by transmission mid-infrared (MIR) spectroscopy (includ⁃ing one-dimensional transmission MIR spectroscopy, second derivative transmission MIR spectroscopy, fourth derivative transmis⁃sion MIR spectroscopy and deconvolution transmission MIR spectroscopy). The experiment result showed, the infrared absorptionmodes of polyethylene branch chain structure mainly included νasCH3-branch chain structure、δasCH3-branch chain structure、δsCH3-branch chain structure、νRCH=CH2-1-branch chain structure、νRCH=CHR'-branch chain structure、νRCH=CH2-2-branch chain structure、νRR’C=CH2-branch chain structure、νC2H5-branch chain structure. The spectral resolutionof deconvolution transmission MIR spectroscopy of polyethylene branch chain structure was superior to the corresponding one -dimensional transmission MIR spectroscopy, second derivative transmission MIR spectroscopy and fourth derivative transmissionMIR spectroscopy. The paper demonstrated the application on of transmission MIR spectroscopy in the analysis of structure study ofthe important petrochemical products (polyethylene) branched chain structure.
