- 摘要:对经过筛选、通过均匀性、稳定性检验后符合标准物质定值的聚乙烯树脂样品,采用多家实验室联合定值。并对各家实验室定值的结果按照标准物质定值数据处理的相关程序,进行了异常数据判断、数据正态分布检验、等精度检验、不确定度评估。聚乙烯树脂熔体质量流动速率标准物质在置信概率 99% 时,定值的数据为正态分布、无异常数据、数据间等精度,(8.93±0.10)g/(10 min)为该标准物质的标称值。该标准物质用于校准熔融指数仪,将会在树脂行业得到普遍使用,同时为生产质量控制、检验检测、人员考核等方面提供技术支持。Abstract: Polyethylene resin samples Several laboratories were used to determine the value of which were in accordance with thecertified reference materials after screening, homogeneity and stability testing. According to the related procedure of standard sub⁃stance data processing, the abnormal data judgment, data normal distribution test, equal precision test and uncertainty evaluationwere carried out. When the confidence probability of polyethylene resin melt mass flow rate standard material is 99% , the data offixed value is normal distribution, no abnormal data, and the precision between data, (8.93 ± 0.10) g/10 min is the nominal value ofthe standard material. The certified reference material used to calibrate the melting index instrument will be widely used in the resinindustry, and provide technical support for production quality control, testing, personnel assessment and so on.
