- 摘要:文中介绍了聚乙烯管热熔焊接原理与聚乙烯管热熔接头的常见缺陷,详细分析了聚乙烯燃气管热熔接头的几种无损检测方法:超声检测(常规超声波检测、超声相控阵检测、非线性超声波检测技术)、太赫兹检测、X射线检测和红外热成像等,讨论了各种无损检测技术理论及优缺点,总结了最新的研究进展。Abstract:This article introduces the principle of polyethylene pipe hot melt welding and common defects of polyethylene pipe hotmelt joints. It analyzes in detail several non-destructive testing methods for polyethylene gas pipe hot melt joints: ultrasonic testing(conventional ultrasonic testing, ultrasonic phased array testing, nonlinear ultrasonic testing technology), terahertz testing, X-raytesting, and infrared thermal imaging. It discusses the theories and advantages and disadvantages of various non-destructive testingtechnologies, Summarized the latest research progress.
