柴油加氢精制装置胺液脱硫系统问题分析及对策

- 摘要:某石化公司260×104 t/a柴油加氢精制装置胺液脱硫系统包括循环氢脱硫和干气脱硫2部分,脱硫工艺使用N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)作为脱硫剂,循环氢和干气分别在浮阀塔和填料塔中与脱硫剂逆流接触,发生化学反应以脱除H2S。但是,由于胺液发泡导致循环氢脱硫塔冲塔,循环氢带液使循环机跳停,造成装置非计划停工,严重影响装置安全生产和长周期稳定运行。针对胺液发泡问题,研究发现贫胺液夹带机械杂质多,循环氢/干气带液和脱硫塔T103/T104运行负荷过大是该装置胺液发泡的主要原因,并提出了原料气及胺液净化处理、优化工艺操作参数、加注合适的消泡剂和使用性能更优的塔盘的措施,以供同类装置借鉴。Abstract: The amine solution desulfurization system of 260×104 t/a diesel hydrorefining unit of a petrochemical company consistedof two parts: circulating hydrogen desulfurization and dry gas desulfurization. N-methyledithanolamine(MDEA)was used asdesulfurizer in the desulfurization process. Circulating hydrogen and dry gas were in countercurrent contact with the desulfurizer inthe floating valve tower and the packing tower respectively and produced chemical reaction to remove H2S. However, due to thefoaming of the amine solution, the circulating hydrogen desulfurization tower wouldflush, and the circulating hydrogen carryingliquid would make the circulating machine trip, resulting in the unplanned plant shutdown, which seriously affected the safeproduction and long-term stable operation. In view of the problem of amine foam, it was found that the main causes of amine foamwere high mechanical impurities in the lean amine solution, excessive circulating hydrogen / dry gas with liquid and excessiveoperating load of the desulfurization tower T103/ T104. Some measures were put forward such as purifying the feedstock gas andamine solution, optimizing the process operation parameters, adding appropriate defoamer and using better tray, so as to providereference for similar plants.
