- 摘要：高密度聚乙烯石油内衬管是在普通的油管内衬入具有高耐磨性的高分子材料，其目的是防止抽油杆与油管的磨损以及油管的内壁腐蚀，进而延长使用周期及缓解结蜡，间接地提高油田的工作效率和产油量。此项工作采用辽阳石化自主研发的 LHPEC-3催化剂，在淤浆法聚乙烯装置上开发出 HDPE 石油内衬管专用料，专用料分子量 191×104 ，拉伸断裂应力29.2 MPa，定伸应力0.23 MPa。采用该专用料进行管材加工应用试验，管材的各项性能测试均满足内衬油管通用技术条件，可用于石油内衬管的生产。Abstract: HDPE lining pipe is to line the high polymer materialwith high wear resistance into the ordinary oil pipe, which purposeis to prevent the wear of the extraction rod and oil pipe and the corrosion of the inner wall of the oil pipe, and then extend the servicelife and alleviate the wax formation, indirectly improve the oil field efficiency and oil production. It used LHPEC-3 catalystindependently developed by Liaoyang Petrochemical to develop the special material for HDPE lining pipe on the slurry methodpolyethylene plant. The molecular weight of the special material was 191×104 , the tensile fracture stress was 29.2 MPa, and the fixedelongation stress was 0.23 MPa. The special material was used to carry out the pipe processing application test, and its performancetest results of the pipe met the general technical conditions of the lining pipe,which could be used for the production of lining pipe.
