- 摘要:基于对 ExxonMobil公司原油蒸汽裂解制烯烃技术的专利文献检索与分析,通过专利态势、专利技术路线和技术功效研究,分析归纳 ExxonMobil公司全球专利保护特点及专利技术特色。20世纪70年代,ExxonMobil公司开始在原油蒸汽裂解领域实现技术突破,申请了大量专利。从 20 世纪 90 年代起,其主要针对蒸汽裂解与加氢处理的集成工艺进行了大量研究。同时,其致力于通过蒸汽裂解工艺优化和设备改进,用以解决炉管结焦、裂解炉运转过程除焦和提高烯烃收率方面的问题。Abstract: Based on the patent literature retrieval and analysis on preparation for olefin by ExxonMobil's steam cracking technology,through the study of patent situation, patent technical route and technology efficiency, this paper analyzed and summarized thecharacteristics of ExxonMobil's global patent protection and patent technology. In the 1970s, ExxonMobil began to achievetechnological breakthroughs in the field of steam cracking of crude oil and filed numerous patents. Since the 1990s, a lot of researchhad been carried out on the integrated process of steam cracking and hydrotreating. At the same time, it is committed to solving theproblems of coke tube, coke removal and olefin yield improvement through steam cracking process optimization and equipmentimprovement.
