- 摘要:考察了某石化公司 100×104 t/a汽油加氢装置操作条件对混合汽油辛烷值的影响并对影响因素进行优化。结果表明:预加氢反应器操作条件、分馏塔内轻重汽油切割比、加氢脱硫反应器的入口温度等因素对混合汽油辛烷值影响较大。结合生产情况进行优化,得出在预加氢反应器入口温度130 ℃、分馏塔内轻重汽油切割比0.34、加氢脱硫反应器入口温度217 ℃的条件下混合汽油辛烷值由优化前91.2提高至91.6,与原料油辛烷值比较降幅由0.8降至0.4个单位,达到优化目的。Abstract: It investigated the influence of operating conditions of 100×104 t/ a gasoline hydrogenation unit on octane number ofmixed gasoline in a petrochemical company and optimizedthe influencing factors. The results showed that the operating conditionsof the pre-hydrogenation reactor, the cutting ratio of light and heavy gasoline in the fractionation column, and the inlet temperatureof the hydrodesulfurization reactor had great influence on the octane number of the mixed gasoline. Combined with the productionconditions, it was concluded that under the conditions of inlet temperature of pre-hydrogenation reactor 130 ℃, cutting ratio of lightand light gasoline in fractionation column 0.34, inlet temperature of hydrodesulfurization reactor 217 ℃, octane number of mixedgasoline increased from 91.2 to 91.6, and octane number of mixed gasoline decreased from 0.8 to 0.4 units compared with raw oil, soas to achieve the purpose of optimization.
