- 摘要:介绍了喷射增压脱硫技术在常减压蒸馏装置减顶气脱硫系统的应用情况,采用N-甲基二乙醇胺作为脱硫剂,减顶气中的 H2S含量从 19.38%下降到 0.03%,脱硫率达到 99.85%,脱硫后气体排出压力可以达到 0.15 MPa。通过优化操作及技术改造,解决了脱硫剂富液带油、脱硫剂反串等问题;通过新增流程,利用该系统实现了减顶罐密闭排放、常顶气脱硫等问题。Abstract: This paper introduced the application of jet supercharged desulphurization technology in the top gas desulphurizationsystem of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit. N-methyl diamine as desulphurization agent was adopted to reduce the H2Scontent in the top gas from 19.38% to 0.03%, make the desulphurization rate up to 99.85%, and the gas discharge pressure afterdesulphurization to 0.15MPa. Through the optimization of operation and technical transformation, the problems such as oil-richliquid of desulfurizer and cross-linking of desulfurizer were solved. Through the new process, the system had realized the functionssuch as closed drain of vacuum roof tank and the desulfurization of normal top gas.
