- 摘要:标准物质的研制要经过均匀性检验、稳定性检验、定值和不确定度评定等重要环节。标准物质的定值关系到标准物质标称值是否准确可靠,因此标准物质的定值显得尤为重要。聚乙烯树脂质量熔体流动速率标准物质的定值采用 8 家行业权威实验室联合定值,用狄克逊(Dixon)、夏皮罗—威尔克(Shapiro-Wilk)、柯克伦(Cochran)分别检验定值数据组间和组内可疑值、正态分布、等精度。通过定值数据的统计和分析,在置信概率99%时,定值的数据满足正态分布、数据间不存在可疑值且处于等精度。所有数据的平均值8.93 g/(10 min)为聚乙烯树脂质量熔体流动速率标准物质的标称值。Abstract: The preparation of reference materials needs to go through the uniformity test, stability test, determination and uncertain⁃ty evaluation and other important links. The value of the reference material relates to the accuracy and reliability of the nominalvalue of the reference material, so the value of the reference material is particularly important. The fixed value of the reference mate⁃rial of the mass melt flow rate of polyethylene resin was jointly fixed by 8 authoritative laboratories in the industry. Dixon,Shapiro-Wilk and Cochran were used to test the inter-group and intra-group suspicious value, normal distribution and equal accu⁃racy of the fixed data. According to the statistics and analysis of the fixed data, when the confidence probability is 99%, the fixeddata meets the normal distribution, there is no suspicious value between the data and the accuracy is equal. The mean value of alldata, 8.93 g/ (10 min), is the nominal value of the reference material for the mass melt flow rate of polyethylene resin.
