摘要:: 摘要：数字化提速是特种设备行业提质增效的有效途径。文中结合特种设备生产质保体系运

行规范，提出了 1种基于 4M1E的流转卡数字化应用方法，指出了数字化流转卡的实质，总结

了流转卡数字化实现的基本条件和软硬件基础，给出了数字化流转卡中4M1E的体现途径，分

析了4M1E在各生产环节的关键点，赋予了体系责任人相关职责，展望了数字化流转卡的发展

方向，对于特种设备生产行业的流转卡数字化有一定指导意义。

Abstract: Digitization acceleration is an effective way to improve the quality and efficiency of special equipment industry.

Combined with the operation specification of production quality assurance system of special equipment, this paper proposed a digital

application method of 4M1E based on the transfer card, pointed out the essence of the digital transfer card, summarized the basic

conditions and hardware and software foundation of the digital realization of the transfer card, gave the embodiment way of 4M1E in

the digital transfer card, analyzed the key points of 4M1E in each production link, gave the system responsible person relevant

responsibilities, and prospectedthe development direction of digital transfer card, which had certain guiding significance for the

digital transfer card of special equipment production industry.
