改性石油磺酸盐新配方工业化研究

摘要:: 摘要：根据实验室内优选出的原料配方，在工业化装置上进行放大试验并生产出的改性石油

磺酸盐新产品。该产品活性物、界面张力等指标检测合格的基础上，膜式磺化反应器运行周

期由原来的5 d延长到8 d，产品的粘度得到改善，活性图、吸附性能都优于现有石油磺酸盐产

品，新配方降低了原料成本，提高了经济效益。新配方在工业化装置上要进一步优化配方，提

高产品界面张力稳定性，生产出满足油田要求的合格产品。

Abstract: Based on the optimized raw material formula in the laboratory, a new modified petroleum sulfonate product was produced

by the amplification test on the industrial unit. The operation cycle of membrane sulfonation reactor was extended from 5 d to 8 d on

the basis of qualified testing of active matter and interfacial tension of the product. The viscosity of the product was improved, and

the activity pattern and adsorption properties of the product were better than those of the existing petroleum sulfonate products. The

new formula reduced the raw material cost and increased the economic benefits. The new formula should be further optimized in the

industrial unit, improve the stability of the interfacial tension of the product, and produce qualified products to meet the

requirements of the oilfield.
