- 摘要:某化工企业存在能量浪费的现象,通过对用能现状的分析,结合现有装置的情况进行了热直供和换热优化的改造。通过热直供改造,将常减压装置部分直馏蜡油和减压渣油直供催化裂化装置,解决了常减压装置和催化裂化装置用能重复的问题,节约了常减压装置循环水的用量约 600 t/h,同时由于催化裂化装置原料油进入原料油—循环油浆换热器温度升高,增加中压蒸汽的产气量约7.5 t/h;通过换热优化改造,将顶循环油与除盐水换热,节约了除氧器低压蒸汽的用量约7 t/h。Abstract: In consideration of the energy waste in a chemical enterprise, it carried out the optimization of heat direct supply and heattransfer through the analysis of the current situation of energy use and combined with the situation of the existing unit. Through thedirect heat supply transformation, the direct distillation wax oil and vacuum residue oil of the atmospheric and vacuum units weredirectly supplied to the catalytic cracking unit, whichsolves the problem of energy duplication of the atmospheric and vacuum unitsand the catalytic cracking unit, saved about 600 t/ h ofthe consumption of circulating water in the atmospheric and vacuum units.Meanwhile, as the temperature of the raw oil of the catalytic cracking unit entering the heat exchanger of the raw oil and circulatingoil slurryraised, the gas production of medium pressure steam Increased about 7.5t /h; achieved the heat transfer between topcirculation oil and demineralized water through heat transfer optimization, and saved the low pressure steam consumption ofdeaerator by about 7 t/h.
