车用汽油国标升级后的生产与技术分析

摘要:: 摘要：降低烯烃含量是国内车用汽油质量升级的关键，为确保炼油厂出产汽油从国Ⅴ92# 顺利

升级到国ⅥA再到ⅥB，符合清洁能源的要求，某炼油厂依据现有加工规模和生产条件，谋划汽

油升级调和，优化装置工艺控制参数，降低汽油烯烃和精制汽油辛烷值损失，控制添加剂费

用，成功产出ⅥB汽油。

Abstract: Olefin content reduction is the key to the quality upgrade of domestic motor gasoline. In order to ensure the smooth

upgrade of gasoline produced by the refinery from Ⅴ92# to ⅥA and then to ⅥB, and meet the requirements of clean energy, a

refinery planed to upgrade and harmonize gasoline according to the existing processing scale and production conditions, optimized

the plant process control parameters, and reduced the octane numberloss of olefin and refined gasoline, controlled the additivescost

to successfully produce ⅥB gasoline.
