摘要:: 摘要：中国海油某炼油厂的 150×104 t/a连续重整装置长期受到重整生成油脱氯后氯含量超

标问题的困扰，影响安全生产。文中从氯元素的来源、原料性质、分析方法、无机氯与有机氯

的脱氯原理等多方面阐述了LH-Y脱氯剂的研发思路并介绍了该剂的应用过程，为液相脱氯

剂的深入研发、创新和工业应用提供借鉴。

Abstract: The 150×104 t/a continuous reforming unit of a refinery of CNOOC had been plagued by excessive chlorine content after

dechlorination of reformed oil for a long time, which affected the safety of production. This paperelaboratedthe research and

development ideas of LH-Y dechlorination agentfrom the sources of chlorine elements, properties of raw materials, analytical

methods, dechlorination principles of inorganic chlorine and organic chlorine and introduced its application process, provided

reference for the in-depth research and development, innovation and industrial application of liquid phase dechlorination agent.
