- 摘要:碳酸二甲酯(Dimethyl Carbonate,简称DMC)是1种重要的环保有机化工原料,酯交换法合成DMC由于反应条件温和、过程无毒、腐蚀小、收率高等优势,是生产DMC的主要方法,文中介绍了以CO2和甲醇以及环氧烷烃为原料酯交换合成DMC的技术进展,重点分析了传统酯交换法和 1步法酯交换合成的催化剂技术,并对酯交换研究方向进行了展望,指出将环加成和酯交换耦合为1步酯交换法,使反应能够在温和条件下快速进行,是未来的发展趋势之一。Abstract: Dimethyl Carbonate (DMC) is an important organic chemical raw material with environmental protection. Synthesis ofDMC by transesterification is the main method for producing DMC due to its advantages of mild reaction condition, non-toxicprocess, low corrosion and high yield. This paper introducedthe technological progress of transesterification synthesis of DMC usingCO2, methanol and epoxide alkane as the materials, emphatically analyzed the catalyst technology of traditional transesterificationand one-step transesterification synthesis, prospected the research direction of transesterification, and pointed out that couplingcycloaddition and transesterification into one-step transesterification, as one of the trends of the future, can make the reactionproceed quickly under mild conditions.
