- 摘要:延迟焦化装置处理“三泥”技术已广泛在炼化企业运用,该技术可大幅降低企业危险废物的处置费用。某公司延迟焦化装置掺炼油泥以来,对装置造成分馏系统腐蚀等影响,同时引发焦化装置产品是否对下游装置带来不利影响的探讨。文中详细介绍了延迟焦化装置掺炼油泥流程,列举了国内同类装置掺炼油泥的加工方案,通过掺炼油泥不同加工方案的对比,说明了对产品质量、设备腐蚀的影响。同时分析了掺炼油泥后,焦化装置产品因携带焦粉等杂质可能对下游装置造成的不利影响,并提出相应的建议措施。Abstract: Treatment of "three mud" technology in delayed coking unit has been widely used in refining and chemical enterprises,which can greatly reduce the cost of hazardous waste disposal. Since blending oil sludge in the delayed coking unit of a company,the effects of corrosion on the fractionation system of the unit and the discussion on whether the products of the coking unit bringadverse effects on the downstream unit had been triggered. This paper introducedthe process of blending oil sludge in delayedcoking unit, and listedthe processing schemes of blending oil sludge in similar units in China, illustratedthe influences on productquality and equipment corrosion by comparing different processing schemes of blending oil sludge. Meanwhile, it analyzedtheadverse effects on the downstream unit caused by impurities such as coke powder in the coking unit after blending oil sludge, andput forward the corresponding suggestions.
