- 摘要：为了了解聚醚类石油化工装置中双螺杆泵的选用情况，需要清楚螺杆泵的运行原理、分类情况和结构特点，及聚醚类石油化工工艺中介质对于该类型泵的特殊要求。文中结合双螺杆泵的自身特点、聚醚类石油化工装置的工艺特点及装置中螺杆泵输送介质的性质特点，对先进的聚醚类石油化工工艺中的重点螺杆泵的选用情况进行介绍，包括装置中双螺杆泵的干运转情况，泵输送介质的粘度、流量、出口压力等变化范围大的情况，以及对于双螺杆泵的电机功率的选择，供工程设计人员后续参考。Abstract: In order to understand the selection of twin-screw pump in polyether petrochemical plant, it is necessary to know theoperating principle, classification and structural characteristics of the screw pump, and the special requirements of the polyetherpetrochemical process medium for this type of pump. This paper analyzed the characteristics of the twin-screw pump, the processcharacteristics of the polyether petrochemical plant and the characteristics of the transmission medium of the progressing screwpump in the advanced polyether petrochemical process, introduced the selection of the key screw pump including the dry operationof the twin-screw pump, the viscosity, the flow and large change range of outlet pressure of the pump conveying medium, as well asfor selection of the twin screw pump motor power, for follow-up reference to the engineering design personnel.
