摘要:采用高效液相色谱—示差折光检测器法测定柴油中单环芳烃、双环芳烃、三环及以上芳烃含量,通过反冲洗技术,采用氨基色谱柱,以正庚烷为流动相,对柱温、流动相流速、进样量等重要影响因素进行了考察。结果表明,在柱温35 ℃,流动相流速1.0 mL/min,进样量10 μL条件下分析柴油芳烃,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.2%~4.7%,加标回收率在90.9%~108.4%之间,满足色谱分析要求。Abstract: The content of single cyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, double cyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, tricyclic aromatic hydrocarbonsand above in diesel oil was determined by high performance liquid chromatogram-differential refractive detector. By backwashingtechnology, an amino chromatographic column was used with n-heptane as the mobile phase. The important influencing factors suchas column temperature, flow rate of mobile phase and sample size were investigated. The relative standard deviations (RSDS) rangedfrom 1.2% to 4.7% and the recoveries ranged from 90.9% to 108.4% at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and sample size of 10 μL, whichmet the requirements of chromatographic analysis.
