- 摘要:为了获得低VOC、环保型钢结构用无溶剂型防腐涂料,文中利用环氧树脂E51和胺类固化剂作为主要成膜物质,配伍不同形貌锌粉和磷酸盐类为主要功能填料,同时添加部分助剂材料改善涂料体系性能,通过涂料制备工艺获得了双组份无溶剂型防腐涂料。通过对制备的涂料基本性能进行检测分析,结果表明:获得的液体涂料组分具有良好的稳定性,无明显沉淀及机械杂质;在基材表面可以获得光滑平整的涂层,且涂层附着力可以达到 8.2 MPa;耐中性盐雾实验1 500 h后涂层表面状态依然完好。Abstract: In order to obtain solvent-free anticorrosive coatings for low-VOC and environment-friendly steel structures,a two -component solvent-free anticorrosive coating was prepared by using epoxy resin E51 and amine curing agent as the main filmforming materials, with different morphologic zinc powder and phosphate as the main functional fillers, and adding some additivematerials to improve the properties of the coating system. The basic properties of the coatings were tested and analyzed. The resultsshowed that the obtained liquid coating components had good stability without obvious precipitation and mechanical impurities. Asmooth and flat coating can be obtained on the substrate surface, and the adhesion of the coating can reach 8.2 MPa. The coatingsurface state was still intact after 1 500 h with neutral salt spray resistance test.
