- 摘要:文中介绍了目前加氢脱硫应用中成本低、转化率高、进料位置灵活、选择性好、节能等优势的催化加氢—蒸馏技术,同时对加氢脱硫技术中的其它 3 类具有代表性的技术进行了阐述。通过技术对比得出催化加氢—蒸馏技术有较大工艺优点,但结合国内汽油质量发展以及催化裂化(FCC)汽油特点,发现固定床加氢脱硫技术在国内应用市场优势更大。Abstract: This paper introduced the catalytic hydrogenation-distillation technology with low cost, high conversion rate, flexiblefeed location, good selectivity, energy saving and other advantages in the application of hydrodesulfurization, described three otherrepresentative technologies in hydrodesulfurization technology. It was concluded that the catalytic hydrodesulfurization and thedistillation technology had great technological advantages through technical comparison.However, considering the development ofdomestic gasoline quality and the characteristics of FCC gasoline, it was found that the fixed-bed hydrodesulfurization technologyhad more advantages in domestic application market.
