常减压装置3级电脱盐投用效果分析

- 针对常减压装置2019年前因原油中腐蚀介质含量高,反复出现腐蚀泄露和设备结垢此问题,结合腐蚀机理和装置实际情况,利用检修时机对装置进行优化,增加 1个电脱盐罐,投用 3级电脱盐流程后,原油中的无机盐和水得以进一步脱除,脱后原油盐含量和水含量明显降低,装置腐蚀在线监测数据显示,腐蚀速率得到极大改善。Due to the high content of corrosive media in crude oil, corrosion leakage and equipment scaling occurred repeatedly inatmospheric and vacuumplant before 2019. Combined with the corrosion mechanism and the plant actual situation, it optimizedtheplantduring the overhaul period, added an electrodesalination tank, and put the three-stage electrodesalination process into use tomake the inorganic salts and water in crude oil further removed. After that, the salt and watercontent was decreased obviously, andthe corrosion rate was greatly improved according to the on-line corrosion monitoring data.
