丙烷制冷系统在低天然气处理量下的应用效益

- 天然气浅冷处理工艺为注乙二醇防冻、J-T阀节流制冷、低温脱水脱烃工艺,当原料气进站压力低,节流压差不足时,J-T阀节流降压后,不能满足外输烃水露点要求,一般可投用丙烷制冷系统用来提供冷量。若原料气气质较贫且进站气量较少,外冷后分离出的烃液较少,当液相产品价格较低时,附加收入不足以抵消丙烷制冷系统的功耗。以新疆油田某单井为例,建立天然气处理HYSYS模型,分析天然气制冷温度与析烃量之间的关系。在此基础上,分析当环境温度为15、25、35及41 ℃时,丙烷制冷系统负荷及液相产品价格的盈亏平衡点。结果表明,如果液相产品价格在盈亏平衡点以上,天然气制冷温度控制在-35 ℃,效益最高;若液相产品价格在盈亏平衡点以下,天然气制冷温度控制在-14 ℃,亏损最少;以液相产品的价格5 094 元/t计算,随着环境温度升高,日利润逐渐由2 438.42元降低至1 925.55元;随着环境温度越高,混烃价格的盈亏平衡点越高,当环境温度为41 ℃时,盈亏平衡点为1 887.96元/t。Natural gas shallow condensing process is the injection of ethylene glycol antifreezing, J-T valve throttling refrigeration,low temperature dehydration and dehydrocabon process. When the feed gas inlet pressure is low and the throttling pressuredifference is insufficient, the J-T valve throttling and reducing pressure can not meet the dewpoint requirements of dischargedhydrocarbon and water, generally propane refrigeration system can be used to provide cooling capacity. If the feed gas quality is poorand the inlet gas volume is less, the hydrocarbon liquid separated after external cooling is less. When the liquid phase product priceis low, the additional income is not enough to offset the power consumption of propane refrigeration system. Taking a single well inXinjiang oilfield as an example, the HYSYS model of natural gas treatment was established to analyze the relationship between thecooling temperature of natural gas and the amount of hydrocarbon evolution. On this basis, the break-even point of propanerefrigeration system load and liquid product price is analyzed when the ambient temperature is 15, 25, 35 and 41 ℃. The resultsshowed that if the liquid product price was above the break-even point and the cooling temperature of natural gas was controlled at-35 ℃, the benefit was the highest. If liquid product price was below the break-even point, the natural gas refrigeration temperaturewas controlled at - 14 ℃ , the loss was the least; Based on the liquid product price of 5094 yuan /t, the daily profit graduallydecreased from 2 438.42 yuan to 1 925.55 yuan with the increase of ambient temperature. As the ambient temperature increased,the break-even point of mixed hydrocarbon price increased. When the ambient temperature is 41 ℃ , the break-even point is1 887.96 yuan /t.
