新型多级降压喷嘴内流动特性的数值模拟

- 摘要:为了改进重油梯级分离工艺中制备的沥青颗粒密度小,质密疏松等状况,对颗粒制备系统中的喷嘴结构进行了改进。采用数值模拟方法,对不同喷嘴结构参数和操作参数下的流动特性和压力特性变化规律进行了研究。对比发现增大入口压力,增大一级节流段直径,减小二级喷口段直径对内流场和压力的改善起到促进作用。
Abstract:For the purpose of improving the condition of high fluffiness and low packing density in asphalt particles, a new structure nozzle was designed. In this paper, the performances of pressure and flowing were studied by numerical simulation method. By the contrast, it shows it has the contributive effect of flow field and pressure through by raising operating pressure, increasing the diameter of throttle and decreasing the diameter of orifice.
