酸性水罐区减排优化措施及除臭新工艺运用

- 酸性水罐区为炼厂含硫污水集中处理区,水中含有的H2S、NH3、有机硫化物、油气等恶臭气体,排入大气后会造成安全隐患及严重环境污染。通过对影响罐顶气体排放量因素分析,提出优化措施;并采用 “湿法吸收+干法氧化” 新型工艺,有效减少排放气中的有害物质,使排放入大气中的净化气低于排放标准。
The acidic water tanks is an area for centralized treatment of the refinery sulfur-containing wastewater, the wastewater contains the malodorous gases which will cause hidden dangers and serious environmental pollution in the atmosphere, such as H2S, NH3, organic sulfide, light hydrocarbon and water vapors. By analyzing the factors of influencing the gas emissions, we can put forward the optimization measures; by using the new technology called " liquid absorption-stripping and fixed-bed catalytic adsorption ", we can reduce the discharge of harmful substances in the air effectively, and the purified gas emissions into the atmosphere can be lower than the emissions in the standards.
