喷雾磺化尾气处理装置的研制及应用

- 本文详细介绍了一种喷雾磺化反应尾气处理装置,该装置由碱洗罐、旋风分离器、静电净化器三部分串接组成,能够处理粒径<1μm、比电阻≤103欧姆•厘米、密度<900 kg/m3的酸性尾气。通过现场应用,采用8~10%(w%)浓度的氢氧化钠碱水溶液,控制旋风分离器空塔气速3~4m/s,分别对不同原料喷雾磺化后的酸性尾气进行处理。试验结果显示,碱洗后尾气中SO3含量<0.2 mg/m3,油雾去除率>95%,净化后的尾气符合国家油烟排放标准。该处理装置很好地解决了喷雾磺化反应尾气油雾脱除率低,污染环境等现有技术问题,具有成本低、操作简单、节能环保的优势,工业应用前景广阔。
A spray sulfonating reaction-based exhaust gas processing unit was introduced in this paper in detail. The said unit, comprising of a alkaline wash jar,a cyclone separator and an electrostatic cleaner, is able to process acid exhaust gas with particle size < 1 µm, specific resistance ≤10 3 ohm.cm and density <900 kg/m3 .Through on-site applications, using 8~10%(w%) sodium hydroxide solution, the gas velocity in the cyclone separator was controlled within 3 to 4 m/s, with which exhaust gases generated by different raw material after spray sulfonating were processed respectively.The test result shows that after alkaline wash SO3 content in exhaust gas <0.2 mg/m3 and oil mist removal rate > 95%. Exhaust gas after purification complies with the national emission standards.The processing unit can well address the problems of the existing technology such as over low oil mist removal rates and environmental pollution. Coupled with its advantages of low cost, simple operation, energy-efficiency and environmental protection, the unit has a promising prospect in industrial application.
