芬顿法深度处理腈纶废水研究

- 摘要:采用常规芬顿氧化法对腈纶废水处理装置出水进行深度处理,试验结果表明,芬顿氧化法对腈纶废水的氧化处理效果显著,反应的最佳工艺条件为:双氧水投加量1000mg/L、硫酸亚铁投加量1300mg/L、氧化反应时间为100 min、初始反应pH值为3。腈纶废水经芬顿试剂氧化后出水CODcr可达到150mg/L以下的排放标准。
Abstract: The simple Fenton oxidation process is used to treat acrylic fiber wastewater. The experiment results show that Fenton oxidation process is useful to treat acrylic fiber wastewater. The best reaction conditions are: the concentration of H2O2 is 1000 mg/L、the concentration of FeSO4 is 1300 mg/L、the reaction time is 100 minutes、the initial pH is 3. The CODcr of treated acrylic fiber wastewater can achieve national standard.
