- 秉承现代物流服务理念,针对成品油二次配送特点,采用模糊商空间理论和多粒度聚类技术实现配送区域动态优化,采用多维度优先服务算法实现配送车辆路径优化调度,利用RFID射频识别、GPS、GIS和GPRS等先进信息技术实现配送车辆、油库、加油站信息的实时交换和传输及配送网络资源实时监控和动态调度,构建成品油二次配送全过程物联网体系,建设"统一调度中心、统一配送组织、统一调度运力、信息统一共享、库存统一管理"的运输配送现代物流管理体制。
uphold the concept of modern logistics services, for refined oil two distribution characteristics, using the theory of fuzzy quotient space and multi granularity clustering technology to realize the distribution region of dynamic optimization, multi dimension priority service algorithm for distribution vehicle routing optimization, using RFID radio frequency identification, GPS, GIS and GPRS and other advanced information technology, logistics distribution vehicle oil gas station, real-time information exchange and transmission and distribution cyber source real-time monitoring and dynamic scheduling, construct the refined oil two distribution of the entire process of networking system, build " unified dispatching center, unified distribution, unified dispatching organization capacity, information sharing, unified inventory management " of the transportation modern logistics management system.
