中水回用在大庆石化ABS装置生产应用研究

摘要:: 化工企业工业污水经过回用处理后形成中水.通过对钙、镁离子含量控制，根据水质情况应用于ABS树脂生产装置部分生产工艺中，用作反应介质。通过多次中水应用试验，结果证明，回用处理后中水可以应用于大庆石化ABS装置中接枝聚合工艺、凝聚工艺和冷切粒的冷却水等工段，节能效果明显，大大减少了装置能耗。
Abstract: chemical plant industrial waste water forms reusable water after treatment and control calcium, magnesium ion content in it.The reusable water is used as a reaction medium in ABS resin unit partial production process according to the condition of water quality. Through many times of water application test , results shows that the reusable watercan be used in ABS unit of Daqing petrochemical company at graft polymerization process, condensation process and coldpelletization’s cooling water process, energy saving effect is evident, it greatly reduces energy consumption of ABS unit.
