摘要:: 总结了中国石油自主研制的加氢裂化催化剂PHC-03在大庆石化公司炼油厂120万吨/年加氢裂化装置上工业应用试验，分析了催化剂装填、硫化、钝化及开工等关键试验过程。工业运行结果表明，加氢裂化催化剂PHC-03具有产品方案灵活、操作弹性大、产品质量优良的特点，能够满足企业实际生产需求。本次工业应用试验成功是中国石油炼油全系列催化剂研发取得重大技术突破的标志之一，大大提升了炼化业务的核心竞争力。
The commericial experience of hydrocracking catalyst(PHC-03) on the 1.2Mt/a hydrocracking unit ofDaqing Petrochemical Company was summarized that contained loading, sulphiding, passivation procedures. The resulted revealed that the PHC-03 hydrocracking catalyst had advantages of flexibility and good-quality of products which can be adapt to requirement of refinery. Success on the commercial application of PHC-03 catalyst was an important mark of the progress of that Petrochina developed the series of refinery catalysts, could improve the refining business competitiveness.
