封头的无损检测要求

摘要:: 无损检测是保证压力容器制造质量的重要手段，而提出符合安全经济合理的无损检测要求则是压力容器设计的职责。封头是压力容器主要受压元件，其无损检测要求是否安全经济合理，不仅关系压力容器的本质安全，而且更影响压力容器的制造成本。以一件锥形封头无损检测要求为例，解读规范及标准对封头的无损检测要求，提出封头无损检测要求的合理建议。
Nondestructive testing (NDT) is the important means for ensuring the manufacturing quality of the pressure vessel, and putting forward reasonable requirements of NDT according to safety and economy is a design duty of the pressure vessel. The head is the main pressure element of the pressure vessel, and whether the requirements of NDT are economic and reasonable not only concerns the safety of the pressure vessel, but also influences the manufacturing cost of the pressure vessel. With the requirements of a conical head NDT taken for an example, this paper makes the interpretation of regulations and standards for NDT requirements of the head, and puts forward reasonable suggestions for NDT requirements of the head.
