气体分馏装置丙烯精馏塔的模拟与优化研究

中文摘要:丙烯作为重要的化工原料,而广受炼化企业产品转型升级的青睐。然而传统丙烯分离提纯主要依靠气体分馏装置。气体分馏装置的操作水平直接影响丙烯产品的纯度、能耗及经济效益。因此,本文根据某炼化企业500 kt/a气体分馏装置生产实际,采用Aspen Plus软件进行流程模拟,考察了丙烯精馏塔塔顶压力、塔底采出率及摩尔回流比三个操作参数对产品纯度和装置能耗的影响。结果表明:最佳的塔顶压力为1.68 MPa,塔底产品采出流率为4515 kg/h,塔顶摩尔回流比为17.8。在此操作条件下,丙烯纯度为99.60 wt.%,丙烷纯度为95.56 wt.%,冷凝器热负荷降低392.2 kW,再沸器热负荷降低412.6 kW,实现经济效益196.71万元/a。在不改变装置原有结构前提下,实现了降本增效的目的。
英文摘要:Propylene, as an important chemical raw material, is widely favored by refining and chemical enterprises for product transformation and upgrading. However, the traditional separation and purification of propylene mainly rely on gas fractionation device. The operation level of gas fractionation unit directly affects the purity, energy consumption and economic benefit of propylene products. Therefore, according to the production practice of a 500 kt/a gas fractionation unit in a refining and chemical enterprise, this paper used Aspen Plus software to conduct process simulation, and investigated the influence of three operating parameters, namely, top pressure, bottom recovery rate and molar reflux ratio, on product purity and energy consumption of the unit. The results show that the optimal top pressure is 1.68 MPa, the recovery flow rate of bottom product is 4515 kg/h, and the molar reflux ratio is 17.8. Under these operating conditions, the purity of propylene is 99.60 wt.%, the purity of propane is 95.56 wt.%, the heat load of condenser is reduced by 392.2 kW, the heat load of reboiler is reduced by 412.6 kW, and the economic benefit is 1967100 CNY/a. Without changing the original structure of the device, the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency is realized.
