中文摘要：根据我国氢能资源现状，概括介绍几种常见的制氢技术，并分析了现阶段工业富产氢资源生产燃料电池氢气的优势。介绍了炼厂燃料电池氢气生产系统及实际应用现状，结合青岛炼化氢能资源实际现状，并以工业富产氢-乙烯脱氢尾气为原料，耦合二制氢变压吸附（PSA）生产燃料电池氢气工业应用。对将来燃料电池氢气生产进行展望。
英文摘要：Based on the analysis of hydrogen energy resources in China, several common hydrogen production technologies are introduced, and the advantages of the refinery hydrogen-rich resources for fuel cells at the present stage are analyzed. The hydrogen production system for fuel cell in refinery and the application status are introduced。Combining with the actual situation of hydrogen resources in Qingdao Refining & Chemical Co. , Ltd.. the process application of hydrogen production for fuel cell by coupling PSA with the refinery hydrogen-rich gas of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation unit is realized. Finally the future development and application of hydrogen production for fuel cell is prospected.
