不同链转移剂对低密度聚乙烯生产的影响

中文摘要:高压管式法聚乙烯生产技术,采用氧、过氧化物等作引发剂,通过自由基聚合反应生成低密度聚乙烯均聚物产品,聚合反应的链转移剂有丙醛和丙烯两种,正常生产时可单独使用丙醛或丙醛和丙烯以一定的比例混合使用达到调节产品指数、密度的作用。本文通过以丙醛为链转移剂、丙烯和丙醛混合为链转移剂对产品性能、聚合反应、以及过氧化物单耗等方面的影响对比,从而提高生产效益。从目前的应用效果看,直接经济效益提升可观。
英文摘要:In the production technology of high-pressure tubular polyethylene,oxygen and peroxide are used as initiators to produce LDPE homopolymer through free radical polymerization.There are two kinds of chain transfer agents for polymerization: propionaldehyde and propylene. In normal production,propionaldehyde or propionaldehyde and propylene can be used alone in a certain proportion to adjust the product index and density.In this paper, the effects of propanal as chain transfer agent,propylene and propanal mixture as chain transfer agent on product performance,polymerization reaction and peroxide consumption were compared,so as to improve production efficiency. From the current application effect,the direct economic benefit has been greatly improved.
