中文摘要:本文重点从裂解炉产汽、汽轮机蒸汽利用两方面展开论述,列举某60万吨/年乙烯装置蒸汽优化措施。对比蒸汽优化前后数据,得出清理裂解炉SLE和调整三机组抽汽可降低装置能耗并节约装置成本投入的结论,为装置后续蒸汽优化操作提供指导。
英文摘要:In this paper, the steam production of cracking furnace and steam utilization of steam turbine are discussed, and the steam optimization measures of a 600,000 t/a ethylene plant are listed. By comparing the data before and after steam optimization, it is concluded that clearing SLE of cracking furnace and adjusting the extraction steam of three units can reduce the energy consumption of the unit and save the cost of the unit, which can provide guidance for the follow-up steam optimization operation of the unit.
