催化裂化柴油加氢裂化技术研究进展

中文摘要:经济新时代下,我国炼油工业产能过剩问题突出,消费柴汽比不断降低,新的环保法规日益严格,柴油质量标准不断提高,催化柴油(LCO)作为主要的二次加工柴油组分,具有密度高、硫、氮含量高、芳烃含量高等特点,难以通过常规加氢技术生产清洁柴油。因此,LCO加氢裂化技术得到了研究机构和炼化企业的重视,它不仅加工方案灵活,而且可按市场需求生产30% ~ 65%的石脑油,在降低柴汽比的同时提高了LCO产品的附加值,本文系统介绍了国内外催化柴油加氢裂化技术的研究进展,炼厂可根据自身实际情况与市场需求,采用此技术达到降低企业柴汽比、生产清洁柴油的目的,从而实现经济效益最大化。
英文摘要:Under the new economic era, the overcapacity problem of China’s refining industry has become seriously, the ratio of consumption diesel to gasoline is gradually decreased, New environmental regulations are increasingly strict, and the quality standard of diesel is constantly improved, catalytic diesel (LCO), the main component of secondary processed diesel oil, which has the characteristics of high density, high sulfur, nitrogen content and high aromatic content, so it is difficult to produce clean diesel by conventional hydrogenation technology. Therefore, LCO hydrocracking technology is received more attention by the research institutions and refining enterprise, it can produce 35%~65% naphtha, which can not only reduce consumption diesel to gasoline but also increase the added value of LCO. In this paper, the research progress of catalytic diesel hydrocracking technology at home and abroad is introduced in detail, refiners can adopt this technology to reduce the ratio of enterprise's diesel to gasoline and produce clean diesel according to their actual situation and market demand, so as to maximize economic benefits.
