优化催化汽油烯烃降幅分布,实现炼油厂经济效益最大化

中文摘要:介绍了大庆石化公司炼油厂在生产满足国Ⅴ排放标准的调合汽油时优化催化汽油烯烃降幅分布的工业实践。通过一系列操作调整,分析数据对比得出,催化汽油烯烃含量降低至满足汽油池调合国Ⅴ排放标准汽油的要求时,如果单独在重油催化裂化装置或汽油加氢脱硫装置处降低时的经济效益较差,而分别适当降低时的经济效益最优。这次工业实践为炼油厂挖潜增效,增加经济效益提供了方向。
英文摘要:This paper introduces the refinery of Daqing Petrochemical Company in the production meet the state V emission standards blending gasoline optimization distribution of FCC gasoline olefin reduction of industrial practice. Through a series of operation adjustment and analysis data comparison that olefin content in FCC gasoline was reduced to meet the gasoline pool blending requirements of China V standards for gasoline, if alone in heavy oil catalytic cracking unit or gasoline Hydrodesulfurization Unit decreases is poor economic benefit, appropriating to reduce is the optimal economic benefit. The industrial practice for the refinery potential to improve efficiency, provide the direction to increase economic benefits.
