中文摘要：生产安稳常满优是生产管理的重要考核指标，PID回路控制是实现操作平稳和安全生产的重要环节。因此，只有那些得到实时监控、不断优化的PID控制回路才能真正为生产过程带来长期、稳定的效益。本文以石化生产装置PID的控制现状为基础，提出了建立一套对生产装置控制回路优化系统的研究目标，并对具体的研究内容进行了具体的分析。最后，对整体的研究内容进行了具体方案的构思和设计。为未来推动生产装置自动化水平的不断提升打下了坚实的基础，只有那些得到实时监控、不断优化的PID控制回路才能真正为生产过程带来长期、稳定和可靠的效益，确保生产的安全。
英文摘要：Safe production is often full optimization is an important evaluation indexes of production management. PID loop control is the important link to realize smooth operation and safe production. Therefore, only those who receive real-time monitoring, and constantly optimize PID control loop can truly bring long-term and stable benefit for production process. In this paper, on the basis of the petro- chemical production unit PID control present situation, proposed to establish a set of production equipment control system loop optimization research target, and the specific research contents are the specific analysis. Finally, the research content of the whole scheme for the conception and design. Promote the improving of the production plant automation level for the future laid a solid foundation, only those who get real-time monitoring, and constantly optimize the PID control loop can truly bring production process long-term, stable and reliable performance, ensure the safety of the production.
