中文摘要：大庆石化分公司炼油厂延迟焦化装置焦炭塔系统的进口高温防结焦球阀，在使用过程中多次出现阀门开关不动等故障，影响焦化装置长周期运行。针对这些故障，从阀门结构、吹扫蒸汽品质及工艺使用等方面进行原因分析。针对问题产生的原因，通过优化阀门结构、定期更换阀门及加强操作管理等方法来解决问题。通过1年多的实际检验，证明故障原因分析正确，采取措施可行。
英文摘要：Abstract：The imported high temperature anti-coking ball valves are used in coke drum system of the delayed coking plant in Daqing Petrochemical Company refinery.That they were unable to switch in the past few years affectted the long-term operation of the unit. So causes have been searching from the valve structure, purge steam quality and process etc.The solutions such as improving the valve structure、replacing the valves regularly、strengthening operations have been taken.The actual test more than 1 years proves that the failure analyses are correct, the measures are effective.
