榆林减渣浆态床加氢中试试验研究

- 摘要:以榆林减渣为原料,在浆态床加氢裂化装置进行中试试验。实验结果表明,在反应温度
465 ℃、反应压力20 MPa、空速0.5 h-1、氢油比2 000 L/kg 的条件下,榆林减渣加氢裂化反应性
能和产物分布更优,>525 ℃的重组分和沥青质的转化率分别为84.69% 和86.03%,气体产率
和液收分别为7.57% 和83.74%;采用Fe 系催化剂等量替换赤泥催化剂,在抑制气体生成的同
时提高了>525 ℃重组分、沥青质转化率及液体收率,分别提高了2.32%、2.67% 和2.02%。
Abstract:Using Yulin residue as the raw material, a pilot test was conducted in a slurry bed hydrocracking unit. The experimental
results showed that under the conditions of reaction temperature 465 ℃, reaction pressure 20 MPa, space velocity 0.5 h-1, and
hydrogen oil ratio 2,000 L/kg, the hydrocracking reaction performance and product distribution of Yulin residue were better. The
conversion rates of >525 ℃ macromolecules and asphaltenes were 84.69% and 86.03%, respectively, and the gas yield and liquid
yield were 7.57% and 83.74%. By replacing the red mud catalyst with a Fe-based catalyst in the same amount, the gas generation
was inhibited while the conversion rates of >525 ℃ macromolecules, asphaltenes, and liquid yield were increased by 2.32%, 2.67%,
and 2.02%, respectively.
