混合催化剂在重油催化裂化装置中的工业应用

中文摘要:将降烯烃催化剂LV-33和新型催化剂LDR-100按不同比例混合,在中国石油锦西石化公司1.80 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置进行了混合比例对催化反应性能影响的工业应用试验。结果表明,在LV-33催化剂中混入一定比例的LDR-100催化剂,当LDR-100催化剂达到系统藏量的0~30 %时,总液体收率由83.57%提高到84.83%,液化气质量分数由13.39%提高到15.52%,液化气中丙烯体积分数由36.44%增加到40.27%,汽油辛烷值由85.3提高到89.4,汽油中芳烃体积分数由14.8%增加到18.5%。2种催化剂的混合比例对液化气中的丙烯选择性较大;对汽油中芳烃收率产生重大影响,但对烯烃收率影响并不十分明显。
英文摘要:The relationship between catalytic performances and mixing ratio of catalysts LV-33 and LDR-100 was studies in a 1.80 Mt/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Jinxi Petrochemical Company.The results showed that the selectivity for liquefied gas was obviously heightened by adding LDR-100 into LV-33 in a certain mixing ratio. When the mass fraction of LDR-100 in LV-33 was 0~30 %, the total liquid yield increased from 83.57% to 84.83%, the yield of liquefied gas increased sharply from 13.39% to 15.52%, the vololume fraction of propylene in liquefied gas increased greatly from 36.44% to 40.27%, the gasoline RON increased from 85.3 to 89.4, aromatics content of gasoline increased from 14.8% to 18.5%. The mixing ratio of catalyst had a effect on the yield of propylene in liquefied gas, and a greater effect on aromatics in gasoline, but little effect on olefin.
