催化裂化装置原料折射率的计算

中文摘要:催化裂化装置原料折射率性质能够反映原料的结构特征,对于判断原料特性具有重要的指导意义。采集了63套催化裂化装置的原料样品并对其性质进行了详细分析。建立了原料折射率(70℃)与相对密度、残炭值和10%馏出温度的关联式,根据折射率与温度的关系进而可以计算出20℃下原料折射率。折射率关联式的计算结果与分析值之间的最大相对误差为0.2433%,表明关联式的模拟精度较好。
英文摘要:The refractive index of FCC feedstocks can reflect its structural features and is an indicative of justifying feedstocks’ performances. 63 feedstocks’ samples from FCC units were collected and their features were analyzed completely. A correlation of the refractive index at 70℃ with relative density, carbon residue and distillation temperature at distillation volume of 10% was established and then the refractive index at 20℃ was determined. The maximum relative error between calculation and measure values was 0.2433%. Thus the correlation had a good simulation accuracy.
