中文摘要：为了减少冷干机故障停机对轻烃回收装置正常运行造成的影响，有必要掌握冷干机的原理、操作条件，以便对故障停机弄清楚。轻烃回收装置原料干气中存在少量水分和液态烃及碳五，冷干机起到脱除原料中的水分、液态烃及碳五等杂质。长时间运行，冷干机本体设备的腐蚀、泄漏等会造成冷干机效果变差。及时与上游原料供应装置沟通，原料中尽量减少液态烃及碳五。分析故障停机原因，及时消除故障，改进操作条件，为设备的长周期运行提供了运行经验。
英文摘要：in order to reduce the person downtime the effects on the normal operation of light hydrocarbon recovery unit, it is necessary to master the principle of person, operating conditions, so that the downtime. Raw materials for light hydrocarbon recovery unit is a small amount of water in dry gas and liquid hydrocarbon and carbon five person removing the moisture content in raw materials, liquid hydrocarbon and five impurities such as carbon. The long run, person body equipment corrosion, leakage will cause person effect becomes poor. Timely communication with the upstream raw material supply device, reduce liquid hydrocarbon and carbon five raw materials. This paper analyzes the reasons of downtime, eliminate the fault in time, improve the operating conditions, for equipment operation provides the experience for a long period of time.
