中文摘要：某炼油厂液化气脱硫装置采用胺液抽提法脱硫化氢、固定床无碱脱臭组合工艺，介绍了固定床脱硫剂的工艺原理、物性指标、工艺操作条件和对液化气中的硫化氢和总硫的脱除情况。工业应用表明，使用EH-4型COS水解催化剂、DS-3脱硫剂和EAC-6精脱硫剂，能够满足脱后液化气硫化氢、总硫和铜片腐蚀合格的质量要求，可以在催化裂化液化气脱硫装置上使用。
英文摘要：A refinery takes amine-extraction method to de-hydrosulfide and adopts a fixed-bed technology to remove smell gas without alkali solution.This article illustrates the technological principle, physical indexs,operation conditions of fixed-bed for the de-sulfide catalyst and analyzes the data of hydrosulfide and total sulfide as well.The commercial application result shows that use of EH-4 COS hydrolysis catalyst,DS-3 desulfurization agent and EAC-6 fine desulfurizer, to meet the post-liquid gas hydrosulfode, total sulfide and copper corrosion qualified quality requirements,can be in the FCC liquid gas de-sulfide device used.
