常减压装置大负荷标定报告
A Report on Heavy Load Standardization of an Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Unit

中文摘要:通过对装置进行标定,考察了物料平衡、加热炉及主要设备的运行情况,发现了设计值和实际值之间的差距及高负荷下影响装置运行的瓶颈。常顶油收率和总拔出率可分别达到19.37%和76.04%,达到了设计要求。常压炉和减压炉的热效率分别达到93.75%和93.59%,优于设计值,同时综合能耗达到了8.08kg标油/吨,远低于设计值,表明操作满足了生产的要求。为装置的安全平稳运行找到了解决方法,并为生产优化和质量合格提供了指导意见。
英文摘要:For an atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of 10 million tons/year, its standardization of heavy load was done. The material balance, the product yields, the operating conditions of heating furnaces and main equipments were investigated by standardization of the unit to find out the gap between design value and actual value, the bottleneck affecting operation of the unit under heavy load. The yields of atmospheric gas oil and total distillate oil can reach 19.37% and 76.04%, respectively, close to their design values.The thermal efficiencies of the atmospheric furnace and the vacuum furnace were 93.75% and 93.59%,exceeded the design values, and comprehensive energy consumption of the unit was 8.08 kgEO/t, lower than the design value, which can show the operation of the unit met the needs of production. Solutions to the problems were found for the safe and smooth operation of the unit and instructions were provided for production optimization and quality adjustment.
