英文摘要:With the reduction of Kumkor crude oil in Kazakhstan, the PKOP Chimkent refinery in Kazakhstan will be converted into West Kazakh crude oil. Due to the weight of the new crude oil, the processing load and product distribution of the existing equipment of the PK refinery will be given. , Plant-wide balance, etc. brought a series of effects. Xiha mixed crude oil, because of its low naphtha fraction, affects the feed of the catalytic reforming unit, which in turn affects the hydrogen balance of the whole plant; Xiha mixed crude oil has more heavy fractions and high metal content, in order to adapt to the new crude oil The refinery needs to adjust the processing plan of the whole plant and add a vacuum distillation device to improve the conditions of the catalytic raw materials. In addition, the existing vacuum distillation and diesel hydrogenation units of the refinery need to be modified accordingly to improve the adaptability of the whole plant to process Siha blended crude oil.
