二级反渗透保安过滤器滤芯频繁污堵问题的研究(1)

中文摘要:本文通过对二级反渗透保安过滤器进出、水及滤芯粘泥成分进行研究,结果表明:造成二级反渗透保安过滤器滤芯频繁污堵的水垢样中主要含有滤芯截留的有机物质(乙酸类有机物/盐,还有部分由炼化膜用阻垢剂、杀菌剂引入的其他有机物质)、无机物质(Fe、Ca、Mg型硫酸盐、炼化膜用阻垢剂中磺酸钠等组分)及大量的微生物粘泥(TGB、FB)。建议重新评选适用的绿色环保高效的杀菌剂,并对含乙酸脱钙废水单独预处理,在确保装置正常稳定运行的同时,使滤芯使用周期大幅延长,系统维护费用降低。
英文摘要:In this paper, the composition of inlet and outlet, water and filter element slime of secondary reverse osmosis security filter was studied . The results show that the scale sample which causes frequent fouling and plugging of the filter element of the secondary reverse osmosis security filter mainly contains the organic matter intercepted by the filter element (acetic acid organic matter / salt, and some other organic matter introduced by scale inhibitor and bactericide for refining and chemical membrane), Inorganic substances (Fe, Ca, Mg type sulfate, sodium sulfonate in scale inhibitor for refining and chemical membrane) and a large number of microbial Slime (TGB, FB). It is suggested that the suitable green environment-friendly and efficient bactericides should be re-selected, and the decalcification wastewater containing acetic acid should be pretreated separately, so as to ensure the normal and stable operation of the device, greatly prolong the service life of the filter element and reduce the maintenance cost of the system.
