关于炼油过程的节能降耗措施建议

中文摘要:石油炼制过程能耗较高,通常能耗成本占生产总成本的40%-60%,因此,炼油过程节能降耗是提高炼厂经济效益的关键。目前,在碳达峰、碳中和目标的影响下,炼油工业二氧化碳减排行动的实施也迫在眉睫。为了有效应对炼油工业升级发展与二氧化碳减排的双重挑战,本文以某中型炼厂为研究对象,重点介绍了包括换热网络优化、加热炉提效、余热回收、炼厂气和水资源的回收再利用措施,为中小型炼油企业节能减排、提高效益提供参考。
英文摘要:Petroleum refining process has high energy consumption, which usually accounts for 40%-60% of the total production cost. Therefore, energy saving and consumption reduction in the refining process is the key to improve the economic benefits of refineries. At present, under the influence of carbon peak and carbon neutralization target, the implementation of carbon dioxide emission reduction action in refining industry is also imminent. Promotion in order to effectively deal with refining industry and the double challenges of carbon dioxide emissions, with a medium-sized refinery as the research object, this paper mainly introduced including heat exchanger network optimization, heating furnace, waste heat recovery efficiency, refinery gas and water recycling measures, for the small and medium-sized refinery enterprise energy conservation and emissions reduction, provide reference to improve business efficiency.
